  • he will get them ripped for sure :D

  • shirts are underrated

  • shirts are underrated

  • Those ropes look like one fucking YOKE builder

  • True, that they arent worried enough about dieting to look ripped but anyone here who is getting into fitness, remember to try to follow proper nutrition as much as possible to properly fuel your body. Think of you body as a machine, and food as fuel. You have to have the right fuel to get the best results.

  • @DooMZie08 well but it does help them, obviously a lineman doesn't need to have a low body fat percentage, but especially athletes who need to move fast and in many directions benefit from lower body fat percentage, because its essentially less useless weight they have to carry around. obviously its not about showing a 6-pack, but look how ripped all the nfl players are. just saying that nutrition is just as important as the workout itself. well maybe its just their bodytype, who knows.

  • I wonder what that yellow bucket is for? lol

  • the football season, to help protect themselves from the intense strain they put their bodies under, by keeping their organs coated and to help lubricate their joints. plus, half these guys probably still live at home, and what your parents buy/cook, your going to eat, and im sure mom and dad aren't to worried about proper nutrient timing to keep their athlete children in a anabolic state
