Emotional self vs. the physical self growth balancing act is an important topic. I can relate to this and I know so many can as well. because, Patrice, as you mentioned, talking about emotions is not an easy conversation to have, back when we were kids and even with today's children. id like to write a book on how ppl can cope with life issues in a more positive way, where says something like "it doesnt have to end just bc we dont agree" lol.. alot of my close friends have encouraged me to go for it. "I Am" but Tracy some ppl cant handle a person who speaks "cut no corners" honesty. They think ur either a hater or mean.. Im a very supportive person, an im actually very sensitive. So those labels really dont fit the true definition of who "I Am" Such as Oprah, she probably isnt mean(smile) idk.. Stedman is probably alot more passive an laid back. Youre welcome Tracy, I agree with you that we should be about to say stuff to each other, and be able to still move on. Some times things nor Life will be nice about it. An sadly its times being nice or kind spoken ppl dont seem to get it. Then all of a sudden when u speak up for urslf. Its "ur not being nice" i dont anything meaningful should fall apart over words. I agree get over it, life is to short for a long term pity party. I speak my mind. But I nvr set out to intentionally hurt anyone.
