This eye with chronic angle closure glaucoma has a broken irido capsular adhesion from vitreal dissection. Visco elastic is injected and moves all materials out of the way, allowing clear access to the ciliary processes. Endoscopic Cyclophotocoagulation (ECP) is then performed through a limbal incision over the PC-IOL.
