To me, I somehow think, that the red-dressed girl went through a lot of things, both good or bad. The "Wonderland" somehow represented her various hardships but in the end, she fades away and someone else replaced her identity. Like, her second personality gets the best of her or her "old self" dies, giving birth to her "new self". That's just my interpretation, though...
