Hair growing back darker and thicker from shaving is actually a myth. It's just the way it grows back that makes it feel stubbly. You can't change the actual size and color of your hair follicle.

When you use a razor anywhere it is an old myth that your hair grows back darker & thicker. It doesn't really grow back thicker. I read this the other day because I thought it was true for so many years. Google it & you'll see :)
