Vitensby Adaptation of Sauron Zerg for Starcraft 2:
1) Overexpand everywhere and use speed zerglings, banelings, to contain your enemy. Focus on gas first and use spore and spine crawlers to buy time for units to arrive when you are harassed.
2) Drop a half dozen hatcheries in your main or anywhere you want your Spawning Grounds to be.
3) This is strong because you will avoid having your reinforcements killed when re-maxing an army under Protoss Death Ball or Marine, Tank, Thor Siege pressure.
4) If you can contain the enemy properly, as is suppose to happen, at late game you can endlessly remax and flood the enemy with the true power of the Swarm.
5) Use burrowed baneling mines instead of lurkers.
6) Unit composition: Speed Zergling Baneling Hydralisk Ultralisk Broodlord

Hey i'm a gold level player and yesterday I used a bit of this strategy, granted only 2 extra hatcheries, but given they were still close to my main they did seeeeveral things to help me beat a master level friend of mine for the first time, by the end of the game I was able to just hold down the Z key for victory :D. Thanks for the tips and I've thoroughly enjoyed every video in the series.

@Karmoon7 (necro comment =P) creep debuffs on opposing units eh? maybe if you researched that at lair or hive? that sounds like a pretty awesome idea. Maybe something as subtle as reduced move or attack speed even would still be good

@RuitongLi but other races do have that. I killed 3 terran with a pack of stalkers and observers raping thier economy. Works just as well as terran drops

@RuitongLi Terran are the easiest to learn, so people who play other strategy games can grasp them better and thus, can make them seem op. In reality, Starcraft 2 is one of the best balanced RTS ever, it just is the fact it is easier to dominate with Terran than any other race because of the RTS standard of 'Building creates unit which appear at the building' Protoss require tactical positioning and Zerg are incredibly macro heavy. Terran make units and throw them at you, quite easy to counter..
