  • Hopefully a stadium is built in Hunters Point in San Francisco.

The 49ers should not move to Santa Clara.

  • A stadium rips off our city royally - the 49ers keep all the money, Santa Clara gets stuck with 40 years of operating a stadium at a loss.

    ........

The 49ers should be paying the whole tab themselves - not blowing $114 MILLION of our money. The $79 MILLION figure is NOT TRUE.

    .......

Sorry, guys, but this is unscientific, useless babble. The stadium's a loser, and we should be turning it down whenever it comes up for a vote.

  • Santa Clara Votes Now How About The whole 49er Community Dont Think So....

  • @sammysf415 Where next to it? Haha.

  • @pages29 i hope the bbuild it next to att park

  • Almost all factual information in this clip is incorrect, except for the overwhelming likelihood of this getting passed.

No city general fund money. all RDA money.

Niners pay for anything not explicitly outlined is paid for by the niners, including ALL cost overruns.

Santa Clara isnt bending over for the niners, they're bending over for us. They are so desperate to stay here they've negotiated a bad deal for themselves. If this doesn't pass, have fun watching the Niners move to LA.

  • santa clara 49ers sounds terrible

  • I was about to buy a single family home near that area but when I heard the niners were coming, I didn't. The stadium will cost close to a billion and I doubt that a $100M subsidy will stop them from building it. I am thinking the niners will pay the tab if the subsidy falls. Knowing the demographics of Santa Clara, I'd say north of the 101 including the rivermark will vote no but the overwhelming majority south of the 101 all the way down to the city hall area will say yes. It's going ot pass

  • I am a 49ers fan not from the area, can some one honestly who is from the area tell me what are the chances of it passing?
