I think it's a total crime that rock video footage has been around since the 50's, but we can't get ONE decent Van Halen show on video until 1982. The fact that this mammoth tour that put dozens of top name guitarists back in the woodshed is largely undocumented on film, is a crime.

I don't see Eddie letting Dave back in the band. All is not lost though. Forget the six released studio LP's with Dave. I'm talking about the rare demos and GREAT music they wrote from 1974-1977 before they became famous! Can't find it or never heard of it? Don't worry! Just see these videos of that era by clicking on my name and watching these fantastic videos!
