I agree, the personality switches were really crazy. When you watch Saint Beast, you have to completely forget Angel Tales's version of them.

@glassesonnerds Have you seen Angel Tales? Rei, Shin, Gai and Goh's personalities were completely different than in their own shows. Even Rei got slapped by Tsubasa.  Just how in the world it became a shounen-ai after Angel Tales???

But yes, you are 100% correct. Saint Beast is the spin-off of Angel Tales. I just didn't think it was really relevant to the Saint Beast story of Luca and Yuda, especially in Saint Beast Kouin Jojishi Tenshi Tan and such.
