Interview with Blaine Morrow

Blaine Morrow is project director for CCC Confer and 3C Media Solutions (formerly known as CCCSAT), two telecommunications projects that serve that entire California community college system. He has been a technology director for three different K-12 school districts, a technology specialist for the College of Education at Michigan State University, and an instructor for Michigan State University, Palomar College, and Wayne State University.
