You must be prepared to deal with roving gangs (MS-13, Bloods, Crips, KKK militia types, Over 2 million UN Troops are already positioned in most all states under the MJTF (Multi-Jurisdiction Task Force) and they will not be friendly. CIA works with the crime gangs and will contract Private security services to hire former felons (mostly from Calif pen), as a national security force. You must have security procedures, homemade weapons and knowledge how to use.

I don't know if this is true or not-but I've heard Obama's new EPA nazis have limited rainwater collection in some states to 55 gallons per household at any given time. After that you are fined under a city code violation. My bet is that this is really happening,given Der Fuhrer's other "Executive Orders" that are not even laws,but are being enforced by low IQ zombies who drank the Kool-Aid.Anyways,after SHTF water is a life or death item and if Obama wants to take it-good luck with that!!

The irony is, western countries are the least likely to collapse in the near fututre. The media lies to you, making it out like there's gonna be a hurricane, apocalypse, world war etc. the reality is, its not going to happen and if it does western governments have the money to bounce back from "SHTF". People all over the world live on rain water and hunt animals on a day to day basis out of need not choice, you have the luxury of infrastructure and you play at being "preppers".Self Indulgence.
