Thanks for posting this video. The first couple of fixes did not work for my printer, but about 6:00 minutes in, I got EXACTLY the information I needed. If you have this printer and you have a frustrating jam, watch this video -- and be patient. Your situation may not be addressed until later in the vid. It's worth the time to find the fix. I appreciate the clear instructions. Thanks.

For the money, this printer should have lasted more than 13 months. Then I found this and had hope. Now it's in the TRASH and I will not buy an HP again.

The video is well done and very descriptive. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. Seems to be a common problem with that model. Hoping for some other resolution.
