Definitely birds. probably ducks actually. Absolutely normal speed for ducks. You'll notice anyone who says "way to quick to be birds" is a night-vision hoaxer themselves and don't want their hoaxes exposed as satellites, bugs, birds etc. etc..

There's no way to know their speed without knowing their altitude. The scope does a great job with stars.
