@PaganEgyptian Its from the Memphis air national gaurd. Was there as a training mission with the Hawaii national gaurd

my bad, its one that was recently assigned since Memphis ANG B and C model 141's were retired. that paint must have been super fresh.

Its mission may started in Tennessee, but the aircraft isnt from there..Its a Travis bird.

Nice!!!!! Hilo's Runway is 9,803' long. from end to end. That take off could be around 7500'. Yes those things can do it. You'll never see a 747 do that. Great Video and great music.

Back in 1987 we flew shuttles between Kanehoe and Hilo (Gen. Lyman Field) We stayed down in Honolulu and took a taxi everyday over to Kaneohe to do the work. We were shuttling Marines over there as part of an exercise. Our C-5 was out of Travis in Northern California. That C-5 you see there is from Memphis.
