Hi there, I am 5 9 and about 160-165.. from 182.. now I wanna stay around 160 area .. I don't want to look too bulky just cut any tips? oh my daily schedule only allows me 1 hour a day and 4-5 days a week.. i do want my chest to get bigger just a little. thanks and good vid

ARJ3191 - How tall are you? and what do you weigh?
Why don't you do a video based on how you began training, when, and why etc? What improvements you've made, how much weight you've gained and so on.... just an idea. Thanks.

@JoeTelevisheown It depends. If you work your abs just as hard as you work your other body parts, you're looking about twice a week. If you just add 3 sets of crunches to every workout you could do them everyday, but the best way to work them is to work them hard and let them rest. *Keep in mind that just about every other exercise you do will require your abs for stabilization!
