Try entering Hyjal - it just a real quick buff (Like when you blink on a mage) and it quickly ports you out to winterspring. I was getting in with my buddy (Kimixi) and right as we jumped in, we got the deboff and ended up in winterspring again. even though the buff it quick, you can see it in your combat-log.
