What took some practice for me was staying in the Vortex when friends vented, expressed worries and seeked validation for their feelings about let's say the "unfair" situation they were in, or how badly they've been treated. In most cases it has not been helpful to say , "enough venting already , now look in the direction of your desire" The lesson I've learned: The listening I provide is comforting to them, it validates their feelings and that's enough. No need to "bully " them in alignment.
i've learned the same thing just recently.... sometimes it is better to just nod along, and wait until they get to a better place where we can connect. i have to remind myself, that i am not their source :) i don't have to call them anywhere, they have their own guidance that does. when they listen to it, there's no need for me to coach them into anything. when they don't, can't do anything for them anyway. plus, getting into these situations is telling me a lot about my own actual vibration :D
