  • I haven't followed your weight loss videos but kudos to you for your efforts and successes! As for a plateau it usually means your body has adjusted to your new routine so shake it up a bit - change up your workout like if you do the same thing in the same order, work it backwards every couple of days. If you eat the same number of calories in a day, try having a free day where you eat smart but don't worry about calories.

  • I'm 161.8 today. I was 185lbs last April. I'm 5'9. :)

  • Thanks for the encouragement and the reality of trying to stay healthy! I am doing the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels and I have been told several times, to journal, journal, journal. I guess I better get my book out. !!!! Thanks !
