Not Bad, but you have to keep that top arm straight and rotate when you take a stroke, pull with some more back because arms aren't as powerful, and sit up straight tryng to reach as far as you can without thrusting, like moving back and forth. Also pump your legs when you rotate, if you take a paddle on the right side, try to straighten your right leg as you rotate, and vice-versa for left side.
Nice efficient reach and nicely balanced (symetrical). You need more "twist", focus on straightening your arms in front by using you back to push and pull your blade, instead of your arms only. Try to have the shat more vertical on entering the water.

1. your catch is wrong
2. ineffective shoulder rotation
3. pulling paddle too far back in the water
to fix this buy brent reitz forward stroke DVD and watch it at least 3 times over the course of 6 months. or take one of his classes.
