You challenge a Stonewood No. 1 HOA election and they abuse their power with fines and harassment to try and eliminate the opposition. See for yourself and tell us what you think. Do you see or hear the dogs being a nuisance barking that would deem being fined $100 and have your membership rights suspended? Nonetheless the female dog is a therapy dog for a special needs child. Nothing but vendetta here folks, plain and simple.

Board of directors do this because they can.

There are many civil codes that prohibit them from doing things but no penalty if they violate it.

Only option you have is to sue them but who needs a law to tell you when you can sue somebody?

This is like telling somebody who just caught a bank robber that he can sue the robber, otherwise the robber will go free.
