Great to get some insight from the author. She was a little harsh at times, but I appreciate the brutal honesty. She seems like a "take no crap" kind of person who tells it how it is. Also a plus that I now know I've been mispronouncing "Kushiel" this whole time. That would have been embarrassing if I met her at a book signing or something and pronounced her book wrong!
