are those electrnic air horns? as soon as the engineer blow them, they blow right away with no delay

Nice horn! I dig it! Though I am not a huge MP36 fan. I can see why commuter railroads are using them but I just find them ugly. I like the F40, F40C and "Winnebago" units Metra used. Those designs in my opinion beas the MP36 anyday!
