Thanks for the videos truckertwotimes. Question; in snow, does you dispatcher give you extra time to either slow down or stop for safety in snow or other dangerous weather (icing, flooding etc.)? I heard stories about dispatchers making drivers work over 11 hours driving a day through all kinds of weather.

was this truck a frieghtliner classic xl if it is how did you like driving it i use to have one and loved that truck except when i hit the east coast and had to dock what a pain in the butt.

Personally I drive very carefully in on bad roads. If my dispatcher screams cause the load is a bit late and refuses to understand the need for safety then I document the situation and sue the dispatcher for harassment and for recklessly endangering me. I also refer him for criminal charges and forcing a driver to operate unsafely is a major felony.
