Rode NTG-2 Wireless Boom Test

Hey guys, This was just an audio test of the Rode NTG-2 using my X2 guitar wireless system. The reason there was a slight static was because the receiver's batteries were nearly dead when I checked after shooting the video. I have shot before using the X2 without any static or interference when there was more juwcee.

Your sound quality is great! Actually I have the same NTG-2 Mic and the newer HFS20 camera...but I can't get the same sound your getting.... So it's the X-2 is your secret???

@norlundcuk Not really basically mic placement is key to a good sound with the ntg-2, Use it on a boom pole or a mic stand just out of shot and dont use it indoors

What kind of connection did you use? You put the rode ntg2 cable directly to the Canon t2i or you use some external digital recorder??

only thing i can't stand with this mic is that it always seems to pick up on either the right or left side even when your shooting strait on.
