Lyrics (From the trailer excerpt):

"Far Over the Misty Mountains Cold,

To Dungeons Deep and Caverns Old,

The Pines were Roaring on The Heights,

The Winds were Moaning in the Night,

The Fire was Red, it Flaming Spread,

The Trees Like Torches Blazed with Light."

  • I wish they would do the whole song in this style but it still is awesome!

  • why has my comment been deleted -.-

  • the reason y the dwarves were excluded is probably because the nearest dwarves to the land lived in moria. Moria was defeated and thus the dwarves were mainly gone until after the defeat of sauron where they re inhabited moria.

  • @111alien111 Actually, South Africa. *scumbag*

  • Probably Tolkien tried to make a whole new story with The Lord of the Rings, because his editor told him to write the sequel of The Hobbit, while what he desired was to write about the Middle Earth ages passed long ago, reason enough to consider the dwarves short appearence in the sequel.

  • @MrPatrickFarrell, dude, the elves got to fight at helm's deep, even they were featured more than the dwarves, the only dwarves were the two other emissaries and Gimli.

  • @abspartanlaser yeah but LOTR is the story of men, even the elves get barely a look-in.
