It's been said already but might as well add to it that interviewer was realllly bad.

I was thinking about what she said, that pop music is better than art, and yes, it sounded rough at first but I guess what she means is that pop music can easily send a message to a large number of people in a way that everyone can understand the meaning or message, and art, only few understand or appreciate it, for example an abstract painting.
Björk has a perfect balance of both.

He complained it took her too long and when she finally gives an interview he ends up asking these mundane and unoriginal questions.
Was that the best he could do??
