terrible form

this is my favorite closer. the jump needs to assist the pullup because by the end theres no more jumping... all you have left is that little bit of strength lol

you would get your ass beat if your were in jail, doing actuall burpee'ss

@lokimer obviously you've never done these. IME the jump up is a complete nightmare after about 50 of these. you just DO NOT want to burpee up anymore and instead, at least for me, i find i would much rather wimp up and do a full arm chin-up. doing these to a 100 or as many as you can in 10 minutes is an excellent drill.

this is excellent. i like it for "max in 10 minutes" or "100 in max time". i'm about 71 and 15 minutes respectively.
i always find the jump up to be the hardest thing to stay on with. i'll try these again tomorrow and see if i can do better. rock on dude

At least he was able to do 21 reps. I can only do 12 before seeing stars. Thanks for posting.
Good combo but make sure the jump doesn't assist the chin up with momentum and that you start the chin up all the way down with proper form.. other than that .. this is a great idea!

Thanks for the question. The jump should assist the chin up. How much it does so is based on the height of the chin up bar you have available to you. A burpee without a jump isn't a burpee.
Hope that clears up your confusion.
