@MegaFire95 yes you can! but u will experiment little lag and slow times sometimes. but i recommend you set the game on low settings! if mine can play black ops then ur's can!

@Snipaaz But 16 Bit is OLD and looks TERRIBLE just get a Nvidia Graphics Card..
like the GTX 580..
or at least GTX 550 Ti

its not a graphics CARD...
it is MOSTLY integrated with the actual processor under the same DIE
some Intel GPU's are actually Chips on the Motherboard but they are old ones like Graphics Media Accelerator 950.
sort of like the SouthBridge Chipset on a Motherboard

I have an acer Aspire laptop with this graphics card, and when I play garrysmod (for those who know about the game) it lags, and my water is WHITE. it's supposed to have waves. HELP

@FranknessProductions get that intel display adapter management tool and turn on hardware vertex processing
also if you play with 16bit colors you will get much highter framerates
and that white water is because you have a dxlevel below 81, add -dxlevel 81 in the startup parameters
