my recycler virus came back again. it came back with my other folders tat i deleted a long time ago, and there is a folder called xsoa33s, which also appeared when I gt that virus the first time.there is 2 of the old folders, one is in shortcut, the other is not. and all the current folders i have turned into shortcut and the files inside cant be accessed. what should i do? my drive is a F
when i check, there is no autorun in my drive nor is there a unusual.exe file mentioned in our vids. help!
the Virus has been disabled but it is not removed. the one that's been removed is the triggering device. Open the Autorun.inf in notepad to see what file it will execute (don't worry, it will not execute the virus, you will only view the texts inside)
this one is for archarch12345.
your folders are hidden.. Probably the attribute is HIDDEN and SYSTEM FILE. open command prompt and key-in attrib -h -s FolderName then hit Enter. Note: for folder name with spaces: attrib -h -s "Folder Name"
yeah first it worked in the safe mode but when i rebooted back in to normal mode i had the autorun.inf creating .exe versions of what ever folders i have
