Did you ever resolve this? You do realize that when you see the TTL = 100 it means that the router is looking for a TFTP Server. It is your short window to upload a proper image to the router.

@BrianSlosson lol no, but I will one of these days, ive installed DD on three other routers sense. I think i bricked this one though. Thank you for the comment.
