  • @MasterNinja1990 Pwang Gai Noon Ryu, a part of the Uechi Ryu style

  • do you have to twist your arms while punching?

  • @AnkitTheSoldier Your fist is literally punching palm-up until you twist the palm down 180 degrees at the very last millisecond (or, in my case, at least as close as possible to impact).

  • I do gung fu, kempo and shorin ryu. Are these very simular very diffrent?

  • Hey, thanks. I'm a 55 yr old rookie ( 1.5 yrs)corrections officer. Plus, at my age exercise is paramount. This makes a hell of a lot more sense than Richard Simmons' "Sweatin' with the Oldies", not that there is anything wrong with that. Thanks for your time and I'll rewatch your clips often.

  • I was watching the video like how will punch or kick be powerful. It did not look powerful on video, but when I tried it I was surprised the power of the punch and kick. Thank you for the useful Karate lessons
