  • what if i do high reps, high amounts of sets and increase the weight every two weeks?

  • @xxxxxGhostMarinexUSA Chances are you will not be able to increase every 2 weeks, you may hit a plateau at some point. mostly try to stick to 3-6 sets and go to failure each set.

  • I do a hybrid routine where I hit everything twice a week. One time I do power/strength training and the other time is hypertrophy. Good vid.

  • @CampbellFitness thats a really good idea to mix up your workouts with muscle groups. thanks for commenting and you have really good vids as well :)

  • if you want to bulk up it is better to do sets of moderate weight for 8-12 reps. if you want to be toned, do heavy weight for 2-5 reps and don't go until failure. heavy weight makes the muscles dense, tight and angular, not big and bulky. this is because when you do higher reps, you break down more fibers. when you break down fibers, your muscles repair and become bigger.

  • I use high reps with medium weight around 44 pounds for triceps 20 reps

  • Either just train to failure

  • @Fuzionrider u wont gain anything unless u eat right. too many people change there workout and dont change there diet

  • noone ever thinks of medium reps and medium weight haha

  • High reps heavy weight

  • @TheGreatSteal then you should gain mostly bulk muscle. but if you can do high reps with heavy weight..that's great. depends what you mean by "heavy"

  • You should do a video about differences between the branches and which branch is best for different types of people
