haha I love Bruce and I definitely think his music is better than ZZ Top, I was just ranking this show behind the ZZ Top show at Chastain in 2007, which was amazing. But I would definitely agree with you that Bruce's music is way better than ZZ Top. The concert was still awesome, but just not as awesome as the ZZ Top show.
I can only assume you're joking about this show ranking behind ZZ Top. Springsteen has 15 studio albums (over 200 great songs, compared to ZZ's 5?) since 1973, including "Born in the USA," which I'd rank in the bottom 5, but which sold 25,000,000 world-wide. IMO, his best is Born to Run, which, oh, includes Thunder Road. He's been at the top as a live performer, internationally, for 32 years, and this current tour, Magic, shows he's lost very little at 58. What did ZZ Top play after "Tush?"
This concert was epic, probably the 3rd best concert i've been too ever, next to The Who when the were at Phillips 1 1/2 years ago and ZZ Top at Chastain
Thanks for posting. That was our sign Bruce grabbed and made my 40th birthday wish come true... "Ain't that young anymore" but at least Bruce gave me a great present.
sorry, slip of the typing finger and it was really late at night when I posted these so I could get them up before I left for the NC shows. Thanks for letting me know
I was in section 202, row D. It was the greatest concert I've ever been to.....and I've seen some great shows. I was at his show on the Rising Tour when he came to Atlanta in 2002 as well.
I was in your row! Best concert ever!

Thank you Movielady for posting my favorite Bruce tune. I soooo much hope he will play it in either Hamburg or Copenhagen in June.
