Also, I think I've discovered what it is. I washed my clothes at my sister's and she uses powder detergent, which I never have... mom used to but it would make her LEGS BREAK OUT. Funny, huh? Haha.

If it isn't a staff infection, and the bumps aren't flee bites, they might be chiggers. Were you outside very much near foresty stuff? Or bushes? [If it's a burny itch] If they are chiggers, paint over the area with nail polish [clear works] and they suffocate.
