  • The people who hate on the VCR are the same ones who 30 years from now will be all nostalgic about it.

  • @eminalien EXACTLY. I am a child of the 80's and that's all I had known until about 99' when DVDS came out but I still love my VCR!!!

  • The VCR is still the king of media.

  • @WaxHeadroom Agreed.

  • i ust thought we might all be using the fine invention of the dvd and maybe blue ray :P lol

  • I gave away about 400 VHS A couple of years ago to make some room i wish i didnt now though i like the way they look. lot better than DVD/

  • I know I'm a bit late in finding and leaveing a comment but here I am. :) I still own and enjoy watching VHS. I'll never forget going into the old mom and pop video stores back in the mid 80's and being amazed at all the horror films and beautiful cover art on VHS. I watch dvd and enjoy them but there is something extra special about VHS covers. Personally I don't mind watching a older film and having a not perfect picture! I think a little grain adds charactor with old films. Yeah I'm odd.

  • The Sims? A computer? Whats that?

  • you got some really great stuff. i'm jealous and surprised by how solid this snag was.

  • hatchet for the honey moon, is great you should watch it.............

  • Is that the Mario Bava Hatchet for the Honeymoon? yeah, great movie. Weird cover. I like it.

  • VHS taoes are really cool...the only downside o them is the wear and tear on them. If it gets jammed up in your player the pic quality is immediatelly and forever compromised...plus the tape itself will start to break down after a while..becoming brittle..easier to snap. BUT..I still like VHS..and for that reason invested in a VHS to DVD recorder.

  • @1weirdgurl.. I loved One flew over the cuckoo's nest.. I am sure you will not be disappointed... By the way.. Where do you store all these movies? .lol.. I have a ton and running out of room.. Did you have a chance yet to work on my list for asian horror? Great update. IF you get a chance look at mine i put up.
