It all started by hearing the amazing song, "Going Home" from the "Gods and Generals" soundtrack. Shortly after, I stumbled upon MovieMaker and from there, Photo Story 3.
Here now, a long over due tribute to my late Grandpa Lloyd. The song fits him to a tee as it describes the concept of his faith: there is no death, there is only "going home".
The film opens on the house, the central point of all of our lives. Then it goes to the nursing home where we join Lloyd in the last moments of his earthly life. From there, it is his life in review as he finds his way home

Absolutely amazing. This is a very well put together video. It brought back memories of my late grandma & grandpa. It's truly amazing how simple life was back then. Those times defined what family really was and should be.
