  • I have this kit! :D But you dont seem to have the same problem i do lol my cymbals go off sometimes if i hit the other pads a bit too hard! I really want to return it but its waaay too late now lol

  • @WANABGUITARIST221375 Actually I did experience this problem but it was often very quiet, if it got loud I would just edit out the extra cymbal hits in the midi recording.

  • thats weird. I looked at this video couple hours a ago and now i see that superrior drummer is more realstic. Addictive drums sound pretty good but its not the most nat8ral .Have u tried Steven slate drums?

  • @angeriod I haven't tried that no. I am self taught for about 5 years, I don't have a drumkit any more though :(

  • could you please tell me how you were able to change your ride pad to a crash cymbal and your high tom to a ride in addictive drums? thanks much!

  • @thegerman78 I used the settings in Superior Drummer to change which pads triggered which sounds.

  • @Kurtiz76 It basically comes down to personal preference. Choose whichever you like best, don't worry about what others think.

  • @WANABGUITARIST221375 lol i have a huge favor... You should make a tutorial on how to connect a drum set to the vst's! Or you could help me out via message, either way would be great!

  • @angeriod I come to dissagree here mate, it depends what your settings and preferences are. You haven't heard anything yet until you start working on em :) There are really A LOT of choises you got. You just heard one sample of AD, i used to work with it a lot. ;) Check it out.

  • @paperbed Thanks man, THAT made all the difference to the sound... it's amazing how much compression can take away and add in some cases.... nice one...

  • @Idsz that "processed" feel is from the compression and limiting enabled in addictive drums by default. you gotta disable it on the master every time you change kit type...

  • Please READ

I just made a channel and I'm going to upload some videos soon of me making music with addictive drums and more

    soo.. feel free to subscribe

  • Addictive sounds processed whereas Superior sounds natural but less "in your face". I'd go with the latter

  • @kerodean Btw, how long u been drumming for? Your real good. ve been playing for about 6 months, did u learn on your own? Im a self leane. Wanna post me the link where u got this? OR did u buy it?
