How nice of you to join the Palin bashing bandwagon. Sure she's had some bad moments, but people like myself like her for her policies and her outlook for America, rather than focusing on her weaknesses. If you were intellectually honest you'd make fun of Obama for all of his countless trip-ups too.

And about her defending herself, the media has successfully done a hatchet job on her name, so I don't begrudge her at all for trying to salvage it. You'd probably do the same in her position.

I do not agree with Sarah Palin's policies or her view on how America should be run.

I also do not think that Obama has utilized fully the opportunities he has been given.

If asked which is more detrimental to the America I envision (as is every American's right), I see Palin as the greater danger. Obama has proven he'd rather do nothing than change anything. Palin has proven (to me) she's foolish and easily influenced.

If it were even remotely realistic, I would wish for an independent non-secular president that was completely devoted to this nation and its people and would have potential of his or her ability to better this country with its people's best interest at heart. Unfortunately that just seems like a silly pipe dream because we have appalling idiots like Sarah Palin and Rick Perry trying to run for a position. I would be laughing my ass off if it weren't so damn tragic.

@dane7902 I'm not sure scares is the right word, but that's just semantics.

Mainly, her reliance on religion, namely the Christian religion that makes me feel she is not right to lead this country. Look at G.W. Bush. CONSTANTLY claimed to be religiously right in the eyes of God and TOTALLY fuct our country in many ways. The views she expresses and the beliefs she holds I simply do not agree with. I feel she is misguided by her religion, and wants to force it on the American people. Unacceptable.
