The man to whom the dedication is made is THE GREATEST TRUMPET PLAYER OF ALL TIME. Yes, I know, we have all heard others that have been given that tribute.......But no one has ever played Trumpet like Mr. Rasey. Its also worth mentioning that hundreds of extraordinary musicians have been able to elevate their playing thanks to Mr. Rasey.
