I like it d00d very upbeat. My advice would be to just try to work on originality. I can tell the vocalist and guitar player have good skills, so ya'll have lots to work with.

Thanks, I guess... I know where you are coming from everyone playing this kind of music... But if you hear us live or our oher songs. This one is a one off... Most of our songs are gritty rock and are about playing and enjoying music. But Noname seems like a joke if you check who he insulted on his youtube...

Although he put it cruelly, I believe noname has a point... You guys arn't a talentless band or anything, but there are a thousand mainstream artists doing what you're doing. Mellow vocals about girls and romance, with simplified bass and guitar in the background. It's not bad music, it's good for it's genre to say the least, it's just a well filled genre. Half of the radio stations in the world play professional versions of this music every hour on the hour.

I wasn't asking for a mind blowing solo, the chordal progression get's boring and the lyrics are actually humorous as to how cliche they are. If the chords varied more it would be more interesting. All I'm saying is to make good music you have to have something that will catch people's attention, this is just chords played in the right key with someone singing alone barely in tune about something that has been sung a million times before.
