The Emory Community Building and Social Change Fellows Program is an exciting twelve-month program that introduces Emory undergraduates to the challenges and opportunities for building community in contemporary urban America. Three academic courses; a twelve-week summer field experience; site visits to local and national community building initiatives; visits with community builders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors; and an annual conference help students begin to develop the skills they need to effectively resolve important public concerns. November 2009
