Abandoned K-mart Lakewood K-223 box fan at the window

Recorded on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 during the afternoon.

Look what I've found! It's the mid-80's Lakewood box fan found abandoned at the window of an abandoned building. I'm very disappointed that the asshole owners would just ditch this good ol' vintage box fan though... I'm sure the box fan motor still works despite being at the window for a long time. If anyone can identify this box fan model, please let me know, thank you. Comment Pending Approval to ALL users only!

@MADDOG6400: The door was locked up completely, so I wasn't able to retrieve the box fan.

Looks like a late 80's K-223. Probably a 1987 model due to the fact that it has the larger 8 screw grills.

i dont think this is a k223.... no its definitely  no,t its a 3rd gen lakewood, still something worth getting...

@locohog91: The building has since been closed and abandoned and the entrance doors front and back were locked up or sealed up completely. But if the building is being cleared out and the box fan is in the dumpster, I'll try to get it and take it home before it gets disposed for good...

@locohog91: I don't live in the area thats closest to this building where the abandoned Lakewood box fan is although I live on the westside, but I'll try to check back on it somehow...
