Honda will not honor the warranty on a simple Honda scooter I bought brand new in 2010. After 7 weeks, it would not restart. Neither the dealer (Central Florida Powersports, Inc) nor Honda would repair it under warranty. Matter of fact, they both go as far as to say "I" damaged it and thus they VOIDED my warranty. The scooter was only 7 weeks old. Their product failed. Buyers Beware! Honda was recently sued for not owning up to their gas saving car claims. ME-USMC vet, College Grad, 42yr
