I am not. If he was looking then he was. I still think he got a glance at it, but those in the media and you (it seems) want to imply Obama gave a serious "Once over" like the French president did. If He were a Republican I would say the same thing, because looking at the video, it clearly shows our presidents intentions to help another woman down the steps. Not oggle over the "hot girls" ass.

In this video by the blatantly biased ABC "news," they cut the video in half at the moment obama looks at the girl in order to deceive the viewer. But when they show Sarkosy, they make the video larger to make it look clearly that the French president is looking at the girl.
