Around the world University of Florida graduates do special things and help other be special.Im from the class of 1979 My names Steven Marcus now in murcia spain where I teach english in inglesgarantizado.Thanks to my professors I discovered that a teacher gives a good explanation but also must help students to remember the information.That second part is teaching .If not,the teacher is just pointing to the information.Homework can quickly become overused tool for teachers who explain well but cant figure out how to help students remember information. My UF science teacher explained the table of elements but then offered a way to quickly remember the order of the boxes.A song,a mnemotecnic work,an image.Thanks to my teachers at UF whom still work there and still help me via facebook,Ive convinced google to start an entire page called "Socahtoa" about ways to remember things; order and names of planets.state capitols,formulas for area and volume of 3d objects.Students shouldnt waste time memorizing what can be easlity remembered in a clever way.Students have more time to understand,appreciate and to work with knowledge instead of muscling their way through a course to get an A and forget it all after. It all started when I was 7 with spring ahead fall behind but took off at gville with socahtoa and finished with a great french teacher who taught us a sneaky way to always remember the conjugation of irregular .verbs. Because of You Im here showing others how easy it is to learn english correct grammar spelling accent and those wonderfully visual idioms like " dont look a gifted horse..."

I also promote the university here in Spain for its great MBA Medical school and of course the best criminal justice teachers around.not to forget that spain has the best soccer players and cyclists who end up in orange and blue.Didnt we invent gatorade?
