I have noticed, from having many Koreans on my university campus, that although their English may sound poor at first, they actually speak it very effectively. Although they lack the ability to fluidly talk, (never really use articles in their sentences) they use the proper verb tenses, and their word choice is good. (I never hear them say for example "We are doing good... it's always We are doing well).

whenever he is in front of a camera for an interview,he is like a kid in a speech class sharing his assignment in front of his classmates--both when he is in korea or overseas.
