No, she told the band in Dec 2005 that she would be recording one more album and do one more tour with Nightwish, then she was going to try a solo album.

Perhaps if the guys weren't being such assholes to her she might have rejoined the band after a few years.

Regardless, there was absolutely NO good reason to fire her behind the stage of this concert, and no reason to drag her name and reputation through the dirt afterwards.

Hey Melips you idiot, Tarja never cancelled a concert except for once when she was extremely ill. She performed a concert not long after her mom died, and came back to the stage after being sexually assaulted onstage in Mexico back around 2000.

So fuck you and your lying mouth about Tarja cancelling concerts to go to the movies. It's Anette that cancels concerts for nothing, she cancelled a lot of them in Oct last year for time off to perform with Pain, and walks off stages for no reason.

I HAVE tried to like the new NW, but even ignoring all the hate towards Tarja on many of those videos, I can NOT stand Anette's voice in live performances.

Studio recordings of her aren't bad, although I highly doubt I'd ever buy DPP and play it in my car, whereas I'd have no problem listening to any older NW album while driving around town or on the highway.

They really screwed up when they fired her, and should have taken the advice of those who told them they should talk it over.

We both think nobody will replace her.

But I think people should be open minded and give new NW a try.
