If we had a solid 4% Christian bloc, we would change the face of America.

Bad news - I'm pro-choice. Now I can't be in your bloc.

The fundamental assumption here is that EVERYBODY in the bloc votes.

Statistically (HA!) 24% of Americans are Catholics. Half of them (at best) vote, which is above average.

I know a few, and I like them all.

Most of them are pro-choice; strictly speaking. Don't tell the Pope.

If you could line up 4%, solid, you would decide every election in this country.

4% of American youth stand for Christ? Then why does revival tarry? One Iranian in over 5,000 is Evangelical, yet Iran is seeing growth unparalleled in over 1000 years. In China, there almost no believers little over a generation ago but tens of millions today. Why don't we see revival? We do not pray with the faith of our persecuted brothers and sisters.

@clipsryan God is disciplining us just like a father disciplining his child but if the child doesnt obey he gets lost and brings destruction to himself by not listening to his father. You see? God doesnt want us to rot in hell. We volunteer by not obeying. It's not God's fault we are bad, it's our choices and how we live our life. it's our choice how we make our obstacles in life our strength or let it make you weaker.

@clipsryan how can u say that God blames his creation for death? Kill? God doesnt want to kill gays, bad children or wives. Yes, God doesnt approve of homosexuality but it doesnt mean he wants to kill them. He wants to discipline them that's why he gave us the time here on earth to repent to change our ways so we will not end up in hell. God loves us so much that He sent his Son to die on the cross for our sins.

I love the old hymns as well, but inmy opinion. When you worship you should want to jump, dance, smile, and sing because you just can't help it. and when you can forget that its a "christian/hymn" you feel closer too God, because it doesn't feel like an obligation.
