Love how the nozzle man isn't wearing scba, but the other guys are. Guess they can pick him up if he goes down.

I was third man on a three inch line years ago, with a one inch straight bore tip. The pump operator thought we had a fog nozzle on, and pumped 'er up accordingly. The weenie on the nozzle fell down and let go, and I got to crawl down the hose and shut it off. I'm glad I got to do it...once! Don't ever care to do it again. Besides...I'm to old now!! Keep safe out there brothers and sisters.

Yes, let's have the chief on the nozzle..and while we're at it, let's have him not wear an air pack! Brilliant!
@3034893118 Who gives a damn if traffic keeps moving? It's not our concern if someone is late for work. And it's nice if you can be on the same side, but if it's going to take 10 minutes to turn around and come back on the same side it's perfectly fine to be on the opposite side. Especially if there is entrapment or medical assistance needed.

Another expert supervisor doing stupid shit. The Pump Operator went to high on the pressure and that's why he dropped the hose, which is why the other firefighter was waving both hands down (to tell him to lower the pressure).
The problem with most firefighters isn't that they're incompetent as a team, it's because the supervisors feel like they have to be in control always, micro-manage and be over-bearing.
The hardest thing to learn to do is learning to do nothing
