I love how Jessi is so up front about her feelings. She just says what she feels. It comes easy for her.

@2seastars Another thing that nobody pointed out, which I think they should've because it's a very important factor, was that this could put Nicole's job in danger. I mean, these are two of her patients that she's gotten too emotionally invested in and then a moved into her house. And now they're dating. That would look bad to most people. Anyway, sorry for the long rant. Lol. I get kind of caught up in what I'm writing sometimes.

@2seastars I get Jessi's POV, but she's not thinking about anything accept herself. "I want Kyle. I should get to have him." Those aren't the thoughts of a mature person who really sees and understands the whole situation. Now Kyle gets it. They are two minors, living in Nicole and Stephan's house. Their IQs don't change that. And this episode showed me that as smart, they are still very different maturity wise. Also, I think if Stephen was for the relationship, he would've told Nicole that.

@Cassandra765 I think it has to do more with the fact that they're two super-intelligent people, with IQs far greater than Nicole's; meaning they've got the right to make their own life decisions, and the ability to fully understand the effects of those decisions. (From Jessi's POV)

And, I don't recall Stephen being that against it. :S

Isn't he just as much a foster parent?

I'm sorry to say this, but Nicole was absolutely right to tell them that they couldn't be together. They are two MINORS living in her roof under HER care. It would be completely irresponsible if she let them hook up as well. Think of it from a parent's POV, would you honestly let a foster child who was living in your house get together with one of your kids?
